Airport Logistics Management (ALM) is a comprehensive logistics company solely focused on managing the transportation of retail and food and beverage products within the airport industry. Based in Washington DC, our nation's capital, we utilize our in-house developed tracking system, ALM Intelligence (ALMIT), to streamline the delivery process for concessionaires from various vendors. From navigating complex security requirements to ensuring timely delivery to the final destination, our team is committed to providing exceptional service. With the help of our software, stakeholders have access to a transparent real-time view of the delivery process at every stage.

Our mission is to streamline logistics operations by simplifying the process and operating transparently. Rather than providing multiple vendors to deliver each item, ALM has a designated Centralized Receiving Distribution Center (CRDC) team with deep knowledge and access to the most vulnerable parts of the airport responsible for recieving each delivery. By offering a single access point, we successfully mitigate security breaches, fractured protocols, and delivery delays.

Unlike other logistics providers, ALM recognizes the unique needs of each airport, and as such, provides an approach that is specifically customized to each client. We work directly with stakeholders to identify their goals, pain points, and any risks involved, and tailor our approach to ensure each element is addressed.
